Do you have the gift of story-telling?
Our e-Quip Diaconal Blog contains stories to inspire deacons and churches and to promote cross-pollination as churches share their 'best practices'. We are always on the lookout for writers that can gather these stories and share what churches and deacons are doing in Canada. We know God is at work and He is using churches in amazing ways!

Consider being a Diaconal Coach
A Diaconal Coach (formerly called a Diaconal Ministry Developer or DMD) serves as an equipper and coach for local diaconates.
Their role is to help deacons grow in their understanding and capacity as leaders, providing coaching, support, encouragement and accountability for diaconates.
They do this by holding workshops and training events, by providing relevant resources, and by connecting deacons and churches to local organizations.
Our network of Diaconal Coaches is one of our most valuable tools to inspire and equip deacons across Canada. Each Coach receives modest remuneration and an expense budget.

Mailroom Volunteer
Do you live in the Burlington area?
Do you have a few hours to spare 2-3 times per year?
Diaconal Ministries is looking for volunteers to help with our annual bulk mailings (NewGround Sunday & Fall Mailing to Deacons) which go out to approximately 240 churches across Canada.
If you like working with a small team to accomplish a goal, then this job is for you!
