This time of year is also a time of transition in leadership and service for many churches across Canada.  And maybe this is a time of transition for you, too.  "Transitions from the pew to either the 'deacon's bench' or to the responsibility of being an elder are a result of God's call and the congregation who has recognized in you gifts for this ministry."
